Chaos! We prebooked our golf cart rental. When we arrived, we waited 25 minutes for the cart as the attendant was searching for carts that were already checked out. The website indicates that the store closes at 7. We returned at 6:15, and we were charged a late fee. We spoke with Rick at the store and he indicated that the time had changed to 6:00 for returns and that it was posted on the door. No one verbally told us the time change and we never saw a sign on a door. In an attempt to discuss this with Rick, he hung up on us. RUDE!

Excellent service even without reservation. But our cart had weak battery leaving us stranded for 45 minutes while staff found a pickup for us. Complete refund is promised.

Wonderful, quick and friendly service. Renting a golf cart was easy and we were able to ride in less than 15 mins. Very enjoyable and relaxing.

We had a terrible experience with this company. We made a reservation and waited over 20 minutes for anyone to even speak to us. My husband finally got a hold of a person named Craig and asked why everyone without reservations was getting their carts before us. He apologized, and then brought us a six person golf cart that had huge tears in most the seats with foam sticking out. The floor boards were rusted through. He thought this was appropriate for a family with small children. The cart we were given next could barely make it up a small hill. People walking could go faster than us. We stopped for lunch and parked our cart outside the restaurant. When we came out from our lunch, our cart was stolen. My husband went to the company to report this and was informed that they saw it sitting there in front on the restaurant and thought we were done with it. They took it back almost an hour early and charged us for the full time. When I called today to speak with a manager, I was hung up on by Craig, who has since conveniently changed his story about our cart pick up and return times. He even changed his story on how our cart was returned, even though we have multiple witnesses that will state the same story that was given earlier. He refused to let us speak with anyone other then himself. He talked in circles, never apologized for anything, and then hung up the phone on me when I asked to speak with a manager. I hope that the owners become aware of these terrible practices and train their employees on how to treat their customers

Recently we had an issue with our rental house car... Cary Cart was quick to assist with a temporary rental, but also kind enough to recharge the House cart. Great customer service.
