Over all the trip was great and I know things happen. I will certainly rent from them.again if we go back to BHI since it is pretty much the only source of transport. But we had a good experience short of this one guy.
Update 9-5-17: One of the owners followed up with me today in regards to the experience listed in this review. She seemed quite concerned and said she would speak with the employee and that his actions were uncalled for. I feel that she was sincere in her phone call and her apology. I changed the review from 4 stars to 5 stars, since this pushed their customer service over the top. They did not ask me to modify or change this review in any way.
The cart we rented got a flat almost bear the conservancy center. We called the number on the keychain and we kept getting hung up on. They transferred me to someone who could help even though that is the option i selected initially. I called back several times and they kept answering and hanging up. Finally my sister in law called and finally got someone. We gave them our location and they said it would be about 10 minutes and someone would be there. It took 30 minutes and the guy who came to fix the flat was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to him. I tried to ask him a question and he made the comment to be careful what I say since he is the guy that is here to help. He changed the flat and took off, there was no apology, no have a great day. He literally threw the flat tire and jack in the back of his cart and left.
We rented a golf cart for a recent day trip to BHI. We reserved online and was able to skip the line. They have plenty of carts available for rental and if you walk up to rent you have to fill out all your info on a tablet and it takes some time. If there are a bunch of people ahead of you it could be very time consuming.
Recently had a short term rental at the marina location during our week stay on the island and they were terrific to work with . I was very satisfied.
